Eric has been a practicing orthopedic physical therapist since 2017. He is originally from the midwest and attended undergrad at Luther College in Decorah, Iowa and received his bachelor’s degree in Biology. He then moved out to Colorado and attended the University of Colorado, Denver’s physical therapy program. After completing his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, he joined a regional hospital’s therapy team in Alamosa, CO.
Eric’s interest in physical therapy stems from his curiosity in human movement and anatomy and personal history with injuries in high school. Since becoming a physical therapist, he expanded his knowledge through additional training in manual therapy techniques including functional dry needling and is pursuing further education in postural reeducation.
When not in the clinic, it is common to find him hiking or exploring with his wife Brittany and their dog, Owa. He loves being outside but it is not uncommon to find him immersed in the pages of a good book.
